Use the Follix feedback form. Tell us your iOS version and what you were doing. Do not send photos of your scalp: we cannot review them and we do not want them.
Common questions
Why does my stage change between scans?
Lighting, camera angle and hair length move the result as much as your hair does. Read consecutive scans as a trend over months, not as a measurement. A single change from one scan to the next usually means the photo changed, not your head.
Where do my photos go?
To a European server for one classification, then they are discarded. They are never stored and never used to train anything. The privacy policy spells it out.
Why does the treatment library cite study numbers?
Because every figure in it comes from a published trial and you should be able to check it. Each magnitude carries its PubMed ID, so you can read the source rather than take our word for it.
Can Follix tell me whether I have a medical condition?
No. It classifies a stage on a visual scale. It is not a medical device and does not replace a dermatologist. Patchy loss, sudden shedding or scalp pain are reasons to see one.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Your medication log, side-effect journal, notes and any photos you kept live only on your iPhone and go with it. There is no account to close.
